Responsibilities
Understanding Client Needs:
? Knowledge of overall client's business priorities and how Nielsen can support these
? Contribute to Nielsen value proposition with relation to client need and opportunity
? Support the client team leader on commercial opportunities
Earning Client Trust and Building Relationships:
? Delivering insight and analysis according to client instructions
? Build strong relationships with clients
? Able to link Nielsen’s products and solutions to client needs
? Be an integral part for service levels and project deliverables, consequently contributing to the achievement of client satisfaction targets
Thought-Leadership:
? Leveraging existing Thought-Leadership
? Connect thought-leadership experts with the client to drive beneficial outcomes
Self-Development:
? Continuing to broaden knowledge of client business issues and needs, Nielsen services and the broader industry.
? Develop a strong understand of analysis tools with an ability to explain clearly to stakeholders
? Contribute to the value driven negotiation for any commercial opportunities
Workload Management and Prioritisation:
? Manages workload effectively prioritises client commitments alongside internal commitments.
? Maintains clear communications on workload to both internal and external stakeholders
? Works as part of an effective team to deliver upon team commitments
? Manages effective communication within our operation/off-shore teams
Collaboration:
? Works closely with operation, analytics and Client response teams, ensuring sales opportunities are highlighted.
