Lead development and documentation of policy and procedures for contract management.
Consult with senior managers and executive leaders on strategic and tactical strategies for implementation within Contracts Management’s programs and projects.
Act as Business Process Integrator and Organization Change Management Change Agent within the Contracts Management business line to support its end-to-end business process methodologies, developing business requirements, providing project management and documentation, end-user education/training, and system integration and implementation.
Lead, coach/mentor Contracts Management’s teams and/or cross-functional or matrix teams on process re-engineering and project management.
Lead projects to review contract related accounting/finance treatment
Develop and maintain contract related quality policy and procedures
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
