• Managing and developing partnerships and relationships with key internal customers and with the field
• Manage all phases of project/program development to ensure they are on-time, on-budget and fully deliver their objectives;
• Direct daily operations of department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines
• Evaluate the organization's technology use and needs and recommend improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades.
• Manage relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure equipment and services procured and installed meet requirements and specifications;
• Oversee the preparation of bid specifications for major network & telecommunication projects to include telephone equipment, software for contact centers, test equipment and monitoring solutions.
• Evaluate overall and individual work performance to determine effectiveness in providing quality products within time and cost restraints;
• Monitors time and dollar expenditures to ensure projects and budgets meet established targets.
